Alan Harbord Photography | Website Review [April 2020]

Helping photographers get more clients

Overnight photographers across the globe have seen the appointments in their diaries disappear as the Coronavirus pandemic has started to spread across the globe. It’s uneasy times for any business owner as many have held on tooth and nail after the Financial Crisis of 2010, and times of austerity that folllowed.

As part of my role as social media manager for the British Institute of Professional Photography, I create educational, engaging content for the social media channels and manage the members private online community.

There is a natural inclination to get dug into marketing and websites during downtime, and often not knowing what you are doing, can damage rankings and SEO, taking months to recover.
