Your Path to a New Dawn

Have you ever woken up and thought, “Today’s going to be the day that things start to fall into place?” A New Dawn, A New Day, A New Life?

When you understand the gap left by your competition and the needs of your target market, the task of creating your message becomes simple. It still requires deep thought, but it certainly puts you in the best possible place to capture and craft messaging that works.

In Step One, you will have created a high-level strategic model as a snapshot in time to describe where your business is now. All the work to this point brings you to the exciting moment where you get to describe the future version in the form of a New Dawn Business Model Canvas.

Comparing your Legacy Business Model Canvas with the New Dawn one highlights the gaps you need to fill. In this part of The Masterplan Programme, we specify exactly what needs to happen to move your business to its new Blue Ocean home: How, by who and by when.
